General Information |
The Dump Truck System user interface was carefully planned and
implemented. Windows enthusiasts will
embrace the ability to quickly navigate the system menus and options. Heavy data entry personnel such as
billing clerks prefer keeping the hands on the keyboard. More information. |

Quoting |
The Quote Requests section of the Dump Truck System enables all office personnel to take
down quote information online. No
more sticky notes or scraps of paper to get lost. The estimator then reviews all pending
quotes and works them. There are several different quoting screens. Homeowner Quotes is for companies that sell and/or deliver materials to individuals that
an entry in the customer file is not needed. Free Text Quotes allows for simply entering information into sections of the quote. No plant material and price lookup
is available. Other quoting
screens are: Zone Quotes, Map Page-Grid Quotes and Quoting by Customer Job. The Material Plants and Dumps screen is used identify material plants/quarries and dump sites with
the materials available or items received. |

The Rolodex
Menu provides a central location to view or manipulate files of information
on Employees, Customers, Independent Contractors (Subhaulers),
Plants and others. A rolodex exists for
employees, and all outside companies; Independent Contractors, Contractors,
Brokers, and Pullers. |

Dispatch |
The dispatch may be used as a stand alone system, or
used in conjunction with the customer job file. The dispatch may also be fed into the
billing modules. There are many
dispatch screens. Dispatch Names and Trucks Print

handouts can be printed that detail the driver’s dispatch. The missing freight bill report
identifies freight bills not ye received. Fax the page to the respective subhaulers/brokers. |

There are many versions of the freight bill entry
screens. The purpose is to
provide the fastest possible time for data entry. Companies that bill strictly hourly
and tonnage do not have to enter through fields that pertain to material
sales. All screens enable the
handling of freight bills once to identify billing amounts as well as setting

Payables |
The Payables portion of the Dump Truck System has separate sections for
Accounts Payable (Vendors), Fee Paid Statements for Independent Contractors
and Driver Revenue Statements. You may pay the drivers hourly,
tonnage, by the load, commission (percentage) or even pay drivers that are

Payroll |
The payroll module supports 401(k), Cafeteria Plans,
the various forms of garnishments and state specific forms such as the DE-6.
