The Dump Truck Software System is licensed in various configurations.

 

Basic System: 

  • Screens and reports for Drivers, Independent Contractors, Brokers, Equipment.
  • Repair orders and supporting screens to track your Equipment Maintenance.  Assists with BIT inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Billing and full Accounts Receivable functionality.
  • Creates Driver Revenue Statements.
  • Creates and writes checks for Independent Contractors.  Unique feature assists brokers that pay when payment is received from contractors.
  • 1099s

 

Enhanced System: 

The enhanced system includes all capabilities in the Basic System and then adds in the following:

  • Bank Accounts.
  • Accounts Payable for Vendors.
  • Cash basis reports.

 

Payroll Module: 

The payroll module can be added onto the Enhanced System:

  • Available in California, Indiana and Maryland.
  • Garnishments, 401(k) and Cafeteria Plans.
  • W2s.

 

General Ledger Module: 

The General Ledger module can be added onto the Enhanced System:

  • GAAP functions and reporting.
  • Financial Statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets)
